The NHLPA president, and NY Islanders forward, on his feelings about Alan Eagleson, who
was rumored to be into a situation of conflict of interest and not serving the players
well:"I’m very happy with The
Eagle. He’s done a great job and will continue to do a great job. He’s always
had the association’s best interest at heart. He’s certainly done an admirable
job up to this point. I don’t know what more to expect of him."
