After a practice skate in Tampa Bay, in 1995-96, a group of Montréal players were
complaining about the quality of the ice at the Thunderdome, and forward Marc Bureau
mentions that "the ice is always terrible here". The new assistant-coach of the
team, Yvan Cournoyer, replies with a confrontational look:"What
do you know about the ice here? First of all, did you ever play here?"
