After dropping his gloves to get into a fight with Boston Bruins Troy Mallette, the
Canadien defenseman was knocked almost unconscious after the first blow. Twenty-one
stitches were needed over his left eye. As his teammate Marc Bureau was helping him to get
up, Murray Baron asked him, with a confused look: "Do you have my
leather jacket?"
